I have a Samsung Galaxy 21 Ultra . I have now purchased the 42m Samsung Classic LTE watch. The problem is, I cannot receive or make any texts messages on my watch while my phone is turned off.
I have number share activated with my service provider and pay an extra $5 per month. I can make and receive calls while my phone is off but no texts. I have tried resetting, re pairing , turning the blue tooth on off etc. Any advice would be appreciated.
