Claiming Play Store Voucher

Hi, is anyone else having problems claiming their voucher..?

When trying to claim it's saying my serial number of my watch has already been used. Any advice please. Thanks

I had an issue stating serial was used, I disregarded the serial number thats on rear of the box like it shows in the photo to use and went into the watch, about, used the serial number there instead then is was accepted.
