Claiming gift through unidays

Has anyone else been able to claim the free galaxy buds through the student discount from unidays? It ran end of Sept to begin of Oct. 

I haven't found a way to claim them and customer service keeps sending me a form for a different offer or tells me to talk to unidays as they have to issue it (which isn't true) 

Has anyone else had this issue?

Been a long time since I was a student, but if the free Buds are part of the Samsung promotion then there is a dedicated Web page that deals with claims.

I just did. U have to add the buds to the cart and they will show up as free at total checkout
