What a absolute joke just tried to claim my free Samsung buds and by the time I found them on the website it said promotion has closed so now I can't claim them

are u with o2. I had to wait 30 days after purchasing/upgrade to claim. filled in from online on the 8th august Samsung verified them on the 10th and they were delivered on the 14th .

After the 30 days. 20202samsungpromotions/O2summer copy that into Google. complete with imei number. along with screenshot of receipt/Proof of purchase. x
