claiming free active watch

My partner has just received his new S20+ and we are in the process of trying to claim the free active watch with it but when pressing the upload tab to upload proof of purchase nothing happens. Has anyone else had this issue and know where we go from here?

in this case you can ring samsung and give give them your info and they will tell you to email them the receipt.
