Claim ID problem

So I tried to claim my smart watch, they emailed me looking for more information, when I try log into 'track my claim' using the claim ID they gave me, along with my email address, they tell me the details are wrong

They sent it to my email address which is obviously correct, and with the ID they provided..

Has anyone else had this problem?

the promotion should still be on though. so why is there no tab for me to claim

you need to have bought an S20 within the month of september from Eir

I had the same problem but went into samsung. ie and that accepted my order number.

I'm experiencing the same problem in 2024 for the watch 6. Did you guys find a resolution? I emailed Samsung 5 days ago with no reply yet!

Claimed free buds and tracker, they sent me message saying claim been successful with reference no, then they sent anouther message saying they have been sent with a different reference no try to put reference no in online traker and says details are wrong ?
