So I tried to claim my smart watch, they emailed me looking for more information, when I try log into 'track my claim' using the claim ID they gave me, along with my email address, they tell me the details are wrong
They sent it to my email address which is obviously correct, and with the ID they provided..
I received confirmation of my claim via text ,along with a reference number. I tried entering it on the track my claim page but its not recognising it!
im the exact same. i got a new and tried to contact them MULTIPLE times and keep getting put to an automated machine. im using the email address the sent it to me using and the tracking ID they gave?
