ps. Double check after you've put your claim in and Samsung send you links to redeem the voucher(s). They only sent me £50 for the watch5pro. I've had to chase them up but so far no reply.
Exact same here, got a £50 voucher but can't see who to call, pointless emailing as you get no reply. Always the same with Samsung, usually they cancel sales or the promos are wrong.
ps. Samsung promotions (in regards to email replies normally say/do whats on the tin, in their original reply they said within 2 days and it was bang on 2 days.
I have also had the claim sorted now, so i got the full £100.
