Claim free gift before 25th or 7 days of email ... is it a con?

Samsung won't accept my proof of purchase via o2 online. I sent the PDF 4 times now, they didn't send a receipt with the phone so I have no other way to show this. I moved from carphone warehouse to o2 directly. Did it Friday & Samsung have made it hard to complete a successful claim.

Interested to hear from someone regarding this.

I had the same problem. contact o2 on twitter and ask them to send you a proof of purchase it's what i did and luckily the proof of purchase was accepted by samsung in minutes as it has the order date and details of the phone purchased

@Lgordon86: Did the Promotions Team specify what information was missing from your documentation? Typically, valid proof of purchase should contain the retailer/network logo, reference to your device, the amount paid and the date of purchase/contract start date. With this in mind, please reach out to O2 to request the relevant information, and you should be good to go.
