@Lgordon86: Did the Promotions Team specify what information was missing from your documentation? Typically, valid proof of purchase should contain the retailer/network logo, reference to your device, the amount paid and the date of purchase/contract start date. With this in mind, please reach out to O2 to request the relevant information, and you should be good to go.
