Claim Buds after Watch 5 pre-order

Hello I've pre-ordered my Watch 5 on the 15rh of August. I've just tried to claim the free Buds but I get this message To take part in this promotion, you must have made an eligible pre-order between 10th August 2022 - 25th August 2022 and submitted your claim within 60 days of the order date. For more information, see our Terms.

Anyone else has already tried to claim the free Buds? Thank you

It accepts dates from the 26th forward but I pre ordered on the 15th between the allowed 10th and 25th window but it refuses that

Same here. They took ages EE to answer my mails, so at the end was too late. They just want you as a customer and then *****.
