Charging problem after update

I updated my Samsung galaxy watch 6 to the latest software and now my watch will not charge properly. It keeps stopping charging in the mid 90% stage. Sometimes it just will not charge when put on the charging pad. It worked perfectly before the update. 
I have turned the watch on and off a few times in the hope it was just a loading glitch.
Anyone have any other ideas as to what I can do to fully charge my watch please?

Hi there,

I highly recommend that everyone perform a clear cache recovery process after any software update.
Is give a fresh cick wake up for your device and many times helpful sorting out issues.

Hi.

To add. I would recommend doing a simple phone restart and watch restart by turning them OFF and ON again.

Do both both the phone and watch

Thank you. Maybe someone thinks it is boring that I always mention the clear cache partition recovery process, but it is often helpful.
