Charging earbuds constantly flashing

Hey. Can someone please help

I have put earbuds live on charge for 2 hours why is the case still flashing red slow while charging ?

can I ask what cable and plug are you using to charge them? Would you be able to test a different one to see if the same thing happens?

Thank you for replying.
I have used the cable that came with the ear buds, and also used a wireless charger,
It's still flashing red now .

Thanks for confirming that @Bal83 . I have checked this guide and it seems that the flashing red light appears when the charging is blocked due to abnormal temperatures. Can you stop charging them and give this a go after 30 min-1 hour to see if the same thing happens?

Ok thank you yes I will take them off charge for 30 mins .
