I recently order Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra from Samsung's website, and got a free gift of Galaxy Buds Pro 2 with it. The buds will be delivered to my address on 29th of June, I don't know why they didn't deliver it with my phone!
The problem is my tenancy agreement is ending on 24th of June, and I have to leave the building on that day, I contacted Samsung chat support and even called them, I explained them, that the building will be closed after 24th of June, please deliver it early or change the delivery address, I was told I can't change it now and if someone doesn't receive it, the parcel goes back to the warehouse and they will consider the customer doesn't want to accept the parcel!!
Is they how you deal with your customers, Samsung?? This is my last time ordering with them, if anyone can help in what I can do in the scenario, their customer support team doesn't want to help at all because of their security policies!!
You can go to royal mail and redirect your mail to a new address. If it's not royal mail you normally get a text message from the delivery company which usually give you the opportunity to modify your delivery. I hope this helps
Thanks for your reply. I don't think it's royal mail, they delivered the phone through DPD, but I am not sure of it. They usually email a night before about the delivery, maybe after that I can change the address.
