Hi there,
I recently lost my phone (Google Pixel 4a) and can no longer enter my Samsung account. When I choose to change the phone number, it asks for the IMEI and serial number of a Galaxy device that has been signed into the account. However, I am unable to provide this as I've never had a galaxy device, only a Fit e and Fit 2. When I enter the backup codes, it tells me they're incorrect, and I have no option to use the OTP code generated by Microsoft Authenticator.
Any ideas on what I could try?
