Cannot find Samsung Pay on Galaxy Wearable

Bought a 46mm Galaxy Watch off Amazon, paired it to my phone successfully but was unable to add samsung pay to the watch. Doesn't show on Galaxy Wearable menu like guides show. Any help?

Is it possible that watch was released for use in another country which can have issues when trying to use Samsung Pay in another country!

I think so. If my watch was designed for another market is there any way I can enable samsung pay on it?

If its the same as phones destined for another market then possibly not

I was interested a while ago in importing a Samsung Note fe and was ad used Samsung Pay wouldn't work.
