Cannot connect to WiFi since updating Watch Active2 to R825FXXU1BTI9

I have updated my Galaxy Watch Active2 to software version R825FXXU1BTI9 earlier on this week. Today I realised it doesn't connect to WiFi anymore. It takes the password but nothing else happens - after a while error is displayed. I suspected issue with AP but checked another watch with older software and it connected to my WiFi just fine. After updating the other watch, it is now also unable to connect to WiFi. Any suggestions/insights or information when this bug will be fixed?
