Hi. I recently ordered a Galaxy watch 7 direct from Samsung and they offered me a free Galaxy Ring sizing kit as part of it. I've received some parts of the order but the ring sizing kit was delivered to a warehouse they use rather than to my home address and after calling support they are saying the order was cancelled, it definitely wasn't by me, and they can't send a replacement.
I find it incredible that a company the size of Samsung cannot correct such a simple problem when it was them who delivered it to the wrong address.
Has any else had similar problems?

Touch wood...I've never had any issues with any deliveries. Did Samsung give you any reason for the cancellation ie out of stock?

Hi, No they didn't give me a reason. When I looked on DPD it had the warehouse delivery address rather than my home address and it also said there it was cancelled but no reason why
