can't connect to both samsung buds

when i try to connect my buds i have an icon for my left 1244 and my right 994B

and i can't connect them both toghter

how is this fixable

Are you attempting to pair them with a Samsung phone @ronweasly 

 

Do you have the Samsung Galaxy Wearable App downloaded along with Smart things ?

I have the same problem one is 1244 but second is F4ED. It hapened after firmware update. Galaxy wearable app and s10 plus phone....
