Can't connect Galaxy Buds to LG SmartTV

When I try to connect my Galaxy Buds via Bluetooth to my LG Smart TV, seems like the TV does not find the buds as a discoverable device.

Is there any blockers preventing LG devices connect to the Galaxy Buds?

I do have the same problem, model of TV is LG 43UM7600. The TV seems to not find the buds
