Hello everyone,
Since the new update I can't change the music from my watch (gear S3) normally I used it all the time but know it says it's not connected to the phone but it is. Can someone please tell me if I'm the only one who has this problem or has someone an idea how to fix it?

I have the very same problem and it's extremely annoying. I have a Nokia 7+ and the music app worked perfectly before that update.
The watch is connected and can even display the name and image of the song I'm playing on my phone, but as soon as I try to skip, pause or change volume from the watch, it says it can't connect to the phone. What is going on and how do I fix it?

I actually had this problem aswell as just got the watch. It's a simple fix. This is if you still have this watch and these issues. You just need to do the following;
1. Play music from your phone
2. Go to Spotify app on your watch
3. Go to the main menu
4. Go to the bottom and click on 'settings'
5. Click 'playback
6. Choose 'remote' as its currently just playing on your watch as 'standalone'.
