On the members app there is a "Benefits" page. Select that and it should give you the link to claim them. Hope that helps

how comes i have just ordered my new phone s21 ultra and says bout ear buds.. but not on my benefit page

that's the problem I've had

in my experience Samsung tend to like you to have your phone for a number of weeks before they provide the application for the buds, so they know you won't return it.

Then after those weeks they tell you 45 more days.
