Can anyone help me why does my Galaxy watch 4 classic lte doe not have samsung pay ?

I have Galaxy watch 4 classic lte and there is no option for Samsung pay and I could not find the app on the play store in my watch. I'm currently using the watch with Samsung M51 and it has Samsung Pay Mini.

Press and hold the bottom button on your watch and it should open up, and should help you thru setting it up with your phone
