Hi. I am experiencing a burning sensation when using my galaxy watch 5. I don't wear it overnight and have no allergies.. I now have an irritating mark on my wrist the shape of the sensor on the back of the watch

@Galaxywatch5Burns

Have you owned previous Samsung watches before without incident  ?

Samsung take instances like this seriously.

Please contact Samsung to discuss.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

It's now 5, months since my Galaxy watch 5 burnt a lovely neat Mark onto my skin of my left wrist and it is still there and still itchy so thank you Samsung for branding me. I for one am hugely disappointed with Samsung's response to that branding which is basically to get me to sign a disclaimer giving them immunity from any future issues I have with his permanent burn on my skin when all I wanted was my money back and they will not give me my money back until I sign away all my rights. Well I would rather lose the value of the Watch than  give into Samsung's bully tactics than sign away any future rights. Normally I love Samsung products but this has been a huge let down

Hi, @carrzey. I'm very sorry that you've had this experience with your Watch5. I've merged your post with an existing thread, and I hope that you get the opportunity to read through the thread at your own convenience.

As the other Moderators have mentioned (in response to other Community users), we'd be happy to hear more about your experience of getting this resolved as we're always happy to help in any way that we can.

The point is.... You did not resolve the problem and left me with a watch rthat burns me and raised refused to refund me until I signed a disclaimer absolving Samsung if any liability. Shocking cyst service and probably contravenes my statutory rights as the watch is clearly not fit for purpose

Hi, I noticed you deleted my comment and didn't reach out to me to explain why? You're stuff is damaging people's skin - could you actually reach out to me before just removing my comment just because it makes you look bad (this issue is already mentioned in newspapers previously). And there was a class action suit against you - do we need to reopen it?
