Burns from galaxy watch 5

Hi. I am experiencing a burning sensation when using my galaxy watch 5. I don't wear it overnight and have no allergies.. I now have an irritating mark on my wrist the shape of the sensor on the back of the watch 

 thr watch may well end up in the bin

In my case I tend to create time for my needs.. Whilst I am looking after the needs of the people around me..

I have this watch for most than a year and this last 2 days I have a burn on my arm.

I got this ugly mark this morning from my Galaxy 5 pro... Why this product keeps burning us, anyone have an answer?
