1 bud keeps disconnecting, yet the sound to pause still works.

Ive done the recent updates but still having problems with cracking sounds too

Return them for repair or replacement.

@Kerryann23: Can you try placing your Galaxy Buds Live back in their case for 10-15 seconds, and close the lid. Reopenthe case to enable Bluetooth pairing mode, and check your phone's screen. Alternatively, try placing the affected bud in the case by itself. Does the charging light turn red, then green to indicate that it is fully charged?

If this doesn't work, please make sure that you are within 10 metres of your phone to stay in range of the Bluetooth connection. I also recommend checking for an update on the Galaxy Wearables app by going to About Earbuds > Update Earbud Software > Download and Install, to see if this helps. You can also try resetting the Buds by opening the Wearables app on your phone > General > Reset.

They never told me the process and just received an email saying collect and exchange on door.
does this mean I'm receiving a replacement set?
