Buds2pro poor noise cancellation, how to reset?

Can anyone tell me if there's a way to remove the last update? There's 100% an issue with it as I've tried with 2 sets of buds and there's no noise cancelling anymore, or around 90% less. I recieved my buds2pro free gift today and the noise cancellation is incredibly good. But it's saying it needs updating, so I'm guessing that's the issue.

Can I remove the recent update? Or can Samsung replace these? Since I've got new ones it's less of an issue but I paid £220 for the poor quality pair.

As I'm aware there isn't a way to downgrade to a past version, but you could try a factory reset on the buds via the wearable app.

@bigbadbrent  It is not possible to downgrade the software as has been mentioned,  Firstly try a Manual Reset by placing the buds in the charging case, close the lid. Give it around 10 seconds before removing the earbuds, they  should restart and  automatically  connect to your Device.  Afterwards open the Galaxy Wearable app, ensure both Buds are connected and test.

If there are still issues then you will need to Factory Reset via Settings-Reset in the weaeable App.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

I just completed the update and found the exact same noise cancelling loss issue. Did you manage to resolve?
