Buds2 too loud on the lowest volume

Hi, I recently got my Buds2 and I really enjoy them, but one issue I have is that the audio is too loud even on the lowest volume (one click away from mute). Is there any way to make the audio lower without using an equalizer? Thanks.

I use the Sound Assistant app to get more control over the volume buttons. It makes more steps between each button press.

If you are using it on Windows 10, you can right-click on the sound icon on the sytem tray and select "Open sound settings"
Scroll down until "Advanced sound options" and click "App volume and device preferences".
In the next screen, you will see "Master volume" and "App volume".

In my case, the master volume was already low (at 1), but the app volume was high  (at 100).
I've lowered the app volume to 20 and the problem was solved.
