Buds2 Pro won't auto BT disconnect

Hi, so my Galaxy Buds2 Pro won't automatically disconnect from Bt when I put them in the cade and close the cover. I have to manually disconnect from the BT option. Is there anything that I can do to fix it.

You could try resting buds, as it should disconnect and stop playing when buds are put in the case

Tried that, still won't disconnect. It shows on the BT as still connected and audio goes to them while on the case. Very annoying

Contact support they may have an idea

Yeah I'll try that later, have to send my Fold4 in cause the phone isn't opening flat like before. Opens with a slight bend.
