Why does the volume seem to be very low now? No matter what setting it try they done seem to be as loud as when I first got them

I have buds live and I found that after a software update the volume dropped quite a bit 😠

Have you tried resetting the sound? Turn of the tablet or phone then turn it on while holding the power button and the volume up button. Ihad to do it a few times when I put my headphones in
