Buds pro tips and noise cancelling

Hi got my buds pro this week but the largest tips are not big enough for my ears , contacted Samsung and no larger ones available. 

Anyone know of any good 3rd party ones ?

Also noise cancelling doesn't do much  !! Maybe because of tips not big enough.

Hi,
you should have a spare tip for ur ears which will be found on the white box. As for the noise cancelling its not that gd.

Hi , Thanks for your reply. Yeah I've tried the biggest ones in the box. I haven't got big ears I don't think as other buds fit Nice with medium tips but these just fall out.

Sorry to hear maybe u can try amazon or ebay for big tips

True and maybe because of covid, because I had no luck with phone case.
