Buds pro - right earbud not detecting its in my ear

Hi, my right earbud (buds pro) dosent understand that its in my ear, which blocks features like active noise canceling and ambient sound. I cleaned it and it still didnt work... what should I do?

Check the fit is right and test using the feature in settings.
