Buds Pro - Base strange when changing settings

Hi. 

Quick one. When I put ambient mode on or anc the bass is nice and deep. As soon as j turn it off the base goes really weak. 

Any suggestions? Equaliser is set to normal.

I found only the first Galaxy Buds had good bass, all subsequent ones have had weaker bass. I set my equaliser to 'dynamic' which improves it for me.

If you set equaliser to normal and then use dynamic or bass boost then it works fine. Otherwise too many issues
