Buds pro 52f1 model microphone issue

Hi, any idea why my buds pro 52f1 model microphone is not being used during phone or WhatsApp calls? Phone microphone is being used instead 

Buds pro updated to latest firmware 

Buds microphone is working only when I open samsung sound recorder and enable bluetooth microphonein advanced settings 

Seems like very odd hardware/ software glitch

@pajdabboy: Do you have the Buds connected to a Samsung phone? If so, please try heading to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > Tap the cog to the right of your Buds, and toggle on 'Calls' from here. You can also try heading to the Galaxy Wearables app > Touch and hold, and checking the available options here to see if the mic can be enabled/disabled via the touchpads on the Buds.

Wearable app for touch and hold hasn't got mic control for buds pro, only volume, bixby and Spotify control
