I have a issue with my left bud the volume won't increase I've tried various fixes via you tube like changing the buds touch pad to volume up and down but still it stays the same
Have you tried cleaning the mesh grill on the bud and also reset the buds in the app , also check volume using the find my buds section in the app , don't wear the buds whilst you use the find my buds
