Buds+ not connecting to either wearables app or Bluetooth.

My galaxy buds+ are not connecting to either the wearables app or on my phone's Bluetooth (S21+) . They are charged fully and I've tried all that is advised on the Samsung app. Please can anyone tell me how to factory reset without the wearables app

Here are some ideas, 1 restart the phone (push and hold power button) > press restart > try reconnecting

2 push and hold both earbuds at the same time till they beep repeatedly (pairing mode) 3-5 seconds and try pairing

3. Check if the buds plus are still compatible with the wearable app update

Hi Aaron, tried 1 and 2, not sure how to do 3. Buds are charged fully (green light inside) did 2, no beeping sound or any sound at all. Wearable app scan for device but not finding them
