My galaxy buds+ are not connecting to either the wearables app or on my phone's Bluetooth (S21+) . They are charged fully and I've tried all that is advised on the Samsung app. Please can anyone tell me how to factory reset without the wearables app
Hi Aaron, tried 1 and 2, not sure how to do 3. Buds are charged fully (green light inside) did 2, no beeping sound or any sound at all. Wearable app scan for device but not finding them
