Buds Live vs Buds 2

I currently use the Buds Live which I bought last December and I am still quite happy with them.

Great fit, superb sound with a nice small case. I am not a heavy user, just use them every other day for an hour or two. 

Should I upgrade to the new Buds 2? Can anyone comment on the differences?

Do they sound better or the same?

Any input would help, thank you.
