Buds live - right side of the phone discharges first

I bought this week a Galaxy Buds Live (R180), the sound is incredible! However, i noticed twice times that my right side earphone discharges first - turns off, leaving the left side on with  6-10% battery. Is it normal??  I tried now to reset, hoping that it solves my problem. Glad for help. Regards!

as you specified reset should help, also If that keep going try to change them return and get other ones but usually reset should fix your problem, or also sometimes without noticing we remove.one of them by mistake and then we use more.the other one also that can be one reason why , best regards Alex 😉
