Buds Live - Not the best for smaller ears?

Not the best for smaller ears. I have been wearing them on and off for the last few days on holiday and they have actually made the inside of my ears painful! The most uncomfortable in ears I have ever worn unfortunately.

In the box with the leads there are two pads, that are suitable for smaller ears, have you tried changing these ?

I agree, totally disgusted at the fit & quality, I honestly getqqq a better sound & fit fron the S10 headphones..seriously!!
The left bud seems too bulky for my ear..I have tried everything. Looking at the promo pics on this site, all the models have the buds sitting mid ear & not snugly fitting the ear hole..why???
