Unfortunately this may mean you have been sold fake buds. The only way to check is to contact samsung with the serial numbers and receipt details
I had to do this as my buds live box was different to what I was seeing on YouTube. So I contacted Samsung and they confirmed they were legit and this is confirmed by connecting to the Samsung wearable app automatically.
They told me if I had been sold fake ones and I had all the receipts they would exchange them for me with some from Samsung.
