I understand can take upto 45 days for your buds to arrive but does anybody else think its abit shocking how we have to wait so long for an update on how far your claim is going been 10 days since been approved for my free gifts and no updates giving how long i have left to wait.

Most likely we will get a update after 14 days incase off people doing 14 day returns

I done my claim on the 29th of January only got approved on the 5th 7 days after cause i phoned Samsung.

my claim was approved the same day but something tells me that we will only receive some information after 45 days 😪
