Can anyone tell me why my Buds+ cause my phone to freeze when they are connected by Bluetooth? The buds seem to work fine on all other (non Samsung) devices but immediately cause video or audio to freeze on the phone when they connect.
try installing the Wearables app from Play Store
then turn off and on the phone
Thanks for the reply, I did try that but to no avail. My wife found a post elsewhere that suggested a phone reset, I have just done a 'soft' reset which retains all my data and they are working fine.
