Buds 2 pro - December cashback not received

I uploaded all required data for the 50€ cashback for the Buds 2 pro on December 7th 2022.

I have not received the cashback yet nor any information or confirmation from samsung! Not yet 45 working days but still...very disappointed.

It does take quite a while for the cashback to come. I was waiting quite a while to get cashback on one of my other Samsung purchases a little over a year ago so you've just gotta be patient with it. It sucks but that's just how it is
