Buds 2 - Left bud turns on randomly in case

Good evening,

I recently received a gift from a friend, the galaxy buds2. They are the best earbuds I've ever had and I love them. However, there is a problem with them. 

When I turn the case upside down, the left earbud turns on inside of the case. It's not like the left earbud sits loose in the case, I'd say it's about the same as the right earbud. It sometimes also happens when I'm walking with the case inside on of my pockets.

Because of this, the left earbud is more often on which uses more battery life. Also, my phone tries to stream audio to the bud even tho I'm not using it 

Does anybody else have this problem? If yes; How did you solve this?

Have you tried to reset the earbuds?
If resetting has no result its probably a good idea to have them checked out. Possibly replace the case under warrenty.
