I have had my galaxy gear sport for almost a year and took it swimming, when I was done I realized it was on a reboot loop. I have been busy for the past few months so I didn't do anything about it for awhile and it still won't even go to the home screen, I have watched several youtube videos and nothing worked, how do I fix it?
Hey @ethan_r, sorry to hear about your watch. As you've been unable to troubleshoot the issue, I would recommend getting in touch with the Technical Support Team via Social Media or over the phone on 0333 000 0333. They will be able to get this inspected for you. 🙂
