Hi,
I have a smart things hub, with various switches and lights contained in rooms. I cannot get Bixby to understand how to switch anything on.
For example I have a water feature in the garden, if I ask bixby to turn it on, it searches the web. If ask bixby to turn my fence lights on (I only have switch with this name) it asks me what location, and if I say garden, it turns everything on.
Another example, I can ask it open my left garage door, and then it tells me I have multiple garage doors and displays the left and right ones, asking me which one to open.
I know this is first world problems, but coming from Apple and Siri, I'm finding this hugely frustrating. It wouldn't be so bad if Bixby could be replaced with Google assistant, unfortunately I need to use these commands via my Samsung watch which limits me... It's bad enough that you can't talk naturally like Siri, alexa and Google, but if it can't do simple commands what is the point of it and being locked to it.
Is there a trick I'm missing, or is it simply just that poor and I should return the watch and get a wear OS device
