battery indicator light not working ?

Hi,

I got a pair of samsung galaxy buds for christmas and gone to charge them today however they are not showing a battery indicator light when charging via cable or wirelessly - I have tried a number of cables as of which none are still working ?

Anyone have any idea on whats going on or how to fix it ?

to add to this I belive now they are not charging what so ever

My question is that, the screen burnt or ghost images on Samsung galaxy A20 are claimable under warranty or not?
