I'm a bit useless with technology. My galaxy active has very recently just started draining the battery in less than a day. I have deleted messages etc. I've went through my apps, I've reset my phone . It still says the storage is at 3.7GB  and max is 4. How do I check what's on it because its not the apps. Do I just need a new battery?
Please help.
Thanks in advance.

The amount of apps installed won't make any difference, what will is if one of them is sending constant synchronisation requests, e.g. Facebook, WhatsApp etc.

look at the network data usage and you'll see which app is the culprit because it should list them in order like the battery usage stats do. you should be able to adjust how often that app synchronises in it's own settings
