Battery drain

Hi, my 4 month old galaxy watch active has started losing battery life in less than 12 hours. I started running at the beginning of April and have been using Samsung Health more. I also added Strava two days ago which coincided with this change in battery usage. I have deleted Strava now. Does this mean I can't use Strava? Or is there something else going on? If I remember correctly the watch updated recently too. Also the watch keeps not detecting heart rate data even though it is on really quite tight. Any ideas? Cheers.

Dear Samsung,

Hi, so what i want to ask is....why is the battery drainage soooooo bad lately? For years my gear s3 frontier has been the envy of all fitness watches but the last few months...I feel like I could get more power from a hamster wheel. Whats going on? And when are you guys going to fix this???
